As an authorized affiliate of PIXOprint.de, you agree to comply with the terms contained in this agreement (Agreement). Please read the entire agreement carefully before registering and promoting PIXOprint.de as an affiliate.

Your participation in the program is solely for the purpose of legally promoting our website to earn commissions on memberships and products purchased by persons referred to PIXOprint.de through your own website or personal recommendations.

By signing up for the PIXOprint.de Affiliate Program (Program), you agree to this agreement and its terms.

Approval or Rejection of the Application

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate program application at our sole and absolute discretion. You have no legal remedy against us regarding the rejection of your affiliate program application.

Commissions

Commissions are paid out once a month. For an affiliate to receive a commission, the referred account must remain active for at least 31 days.

You cannot refer yourself, and you do not receive commissions on your own accounts.

Payments are only made for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that lead to chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

Termination

Your affiliate application and your status in the program may be suspended or terminated for one of the following reasons:

  • Inappropriate advertising (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
  • Spamming (mass emails, mass newsgroup postings, etc.).
  • Advertising on websites that contain or promote illegal activities.
  • Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for an advertisement that is considered approval under the existing guidelines and regulations of the Federal Trade Commission or applicable state laws.
  • Violation of intellectual property rights. PIXOprint.de reserves the right to require licensing agreements from those using PIXOprint.de trademarks to protect our intellectual property rights.
  • Offering discounts, coupons, or other promised kickbacks from your affiliate commission as an incentive. Adding bonuses or bundling other products with PIXOprint.de is acceptable.
  • Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected affiliate fraud.

Furthermore, PIXOprint.de reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violations of this agreement or without reason.

You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in your email messages. You may also promote the PIXOprint.de website in online and offline classifieds, magazines, and newspapers.

You may use the graphics and texts provided by us or create your own, as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the terms and do not violate the provisions described in the Termination section.

Coupon and Deal Pages

PIXOprint.de occasionally offers coupons for selected affiliates and our newsletter subscribers. If you have not pre-approved or assigned a brand coupon, you may not promote the coupon. Below are the conditions applicable to each affiliate considering advertising our products in connection with a business or a coupon:

  • Affiliates must not use misleading text on affiliate links, buttons, or images to imply anything other than the currently authorized business with the respective affiliate.
  • Affiliates must not offer PIXOprint.de coupons, PIXOprint.de discounts, or other phrases indicating that coupons are available.
  • Affiliates must not generate pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, frames, or other visible or invisible actions that set affiliate cookies unless the user has explicitly expressed interest in activating a specific saving by clicking on a clearly marked link, button, or image for that specific coupon or deal. Your link must direct the visitor to the merchant's page.
  • The user must be able to see coupon/deal/saving information and details before an affiliate cookie is set (i.e., 'Click here to see coupons and open a window to the merchant's website' is NOT allowed).
  • Affiliate websites may not have 'Click for (or to see) Deal / Coupon' or a variation if no coupons or deals are available and the click opens the merchant's website or sets a cookie. Affiliates with such text on the merchant's landing page will be immediately removed from the program.

Pay-per-Click Policy (PPC)

PPC bids are NOT allowed without prior written approval.

Liability

PIXOprint.de is not liable for indirect or incidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking errors, loss of database files, or consequences of damages to the program and/or our websites.

We do not provide any express or implied warranties regarding the program and/or memberships or products sold by PIXOprint.de. We do not claim that the operation of the program and/or our website(s) is error-free, and we are not liable for interruptions or errors.

Duration of the Agreement

The term of this agreement begins with your enrollment in the program and ends when your affiliate account is terminated.

The terms of this agreement may be changed by us at any time. If a change to the terms of this agreement is not acceptable to you, your only option is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continued participation in the program constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

Confirmation Code

The affiliated affiliate releases PIXOprint.de and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors, and assigns, including those licensed or authorized by PIXOprint.de to transmit and distribute materials, from all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with any claims related to this agreement due to negligence. Misrepresentation, nondisclosure, or willful misconduct of the affiliate.

Electronic signatures are valid

The agreement is an electronic contract that sets forth the legally binding terms of your participation in the PIXOprint.de partner program. You agree to this agreement and all terms contained or referenced herein by completing the PIXOprint.de application process. This action creates an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
