Scope of delivery
At PIXOprint.de, you receive your order conveniently and completely in a single delivery. In rare cases, if a follow-up delivery is necessary, we will of course cover the shipping costs for you!
Private customers will be informed by email about the exact delivery day when the delivery is made by freight forwarding. Delivery by freight forwarding is carried out. Business customers receive their delivery during regular business hours.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number so you can track your package online at any time.
Pickup
You are also welcome to pick up your order in person during our business hours. Please contact us in advance or call us briefly at +49 (0) 36205-949599 to arrange a pickup appointment.

Shipping damages
We do our best to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
Report the damage within 48 hours:
