Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal for consumers

(Consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods or has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered or will be delivered uniformly, or on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods or
  • has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, or on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece or
  • has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you have ordered a product that is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, or on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the first goods or
  • has taken possession of the first goods, provided that you have entered into a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay (e.g., by email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard, cheapest one offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without delay and in any case within fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal, to us or to the person authorized to receive them.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply according to § 312g paragraph 2 BGB to:

contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for their manufacture an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
